Today we mourn the loss of our dear Shepherd, His Excellency Bishop Robert C. Morlino.  We were so blessed to have him lead our diocese for 15 years.  He was such a bright light in the present darkness, always leading us and others to Christ. Bishop Morlino was very supportive of our witness for Christ and for LIFE in Madison.  We will be forever grateful for that support and for his life that he lived by trusting in God. Please pray for the repose of Bishop Morlino’s soul.  We will miss him dearly.

Into your hands, O Father, our ineffable God, we humbly entrust our dear Bishop, Robert C. Morlino.


In this life you embraced him with your tender love; deliver him now from every evil and bid him eternal rest.

The old order has passed away: welcome him into paradise, where there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain,


but fullness of peace and joy with your Son and the Holy Spirit forever and ever.  We ask this through Christ our Lord.
