Dear Friends of Life –
For those of you who were not able to make it to the mid point prayer vigil this past Wednesday:
Thank you to so many who have come out to witness for LIFE! It makes such a difference! Overall, this Planned Parenthood is less busy when we have a 24/7 presence. We Praise God for all his many blessings in this campaign so far.
From this location, we have confirmation of 1 mother and baby saved from abortion and worldwide there have been confirmations that 215 mothers and babies have been saved from abortion during this fall campaign. Because it is a rarity that mothers will return to us and let us know they chose LIFE – we know that the number is MUCH higher. Our presence MATTERS!
Our next event during this campaign will be on Monday, Oct. 29th at 6 p.m. – on the sidewalks around Planned Parenthood. We will hear from Shawn Carney, Matt Britton and Steve Karlen from the 40 Days for Life Organization. We will also hear from Sue Thayer – a former Planned Parenthood facility manager. After she left Planned Parenthood, she led a 40 Days for Life campaign outside of the very Planned Parenthood where she used to work. We look forward to hearing from all of them.
Although Bishop Morlino was not able to be with us that evening, he sent word that he wants to assure you that he is praying with and for you and that you have his support and gratitude for your beautiful witness.
We were blessed that evening to have Fr. Jorge Miramontes with us to lead us in prayer and to give us some encouragement.
